1. How do I place an order?
Firstly, please view the Product Catalogue to select your desired product. The Product Catalogue is available here:
Secondly, please go to our Order Form at:
Kindly fill up your contact details e.g. Name, Contact Number, Email, Mode of Delivery and Address if you would like us to deliver the products to you.
Next, please select the Type of Products and Quantity you wish to order. Please click Submit once completed the form. We will contact (via email or call) you within the next 24 hours to confirm your order.
2. How much is my purchases?
Please visit our
Pricing. We offer attractive pricing for bulk purchases (minimum order is 1 carton or 24 containers of cookies). We welcome mix of assorted cookies in each carton. Please contact us for bulk purchase price list.
3. How do I make a payment? Once we confirm your order, we will email an Invoice detailing the Type of Products and Quantity ordered, total payment and our bank account number for bank fund transfer. We regret credit card payment is not available at this moment.
4. When will I receive the products ordered?
For courier / home delivery in Malaysia
Once we receive payment from you, we will courier the products to you. Usually it will reach within the same day or the day after for areas in Kuala Lumpur. For outstation, it will take 2 days to reach you. We will courier your purchases using Pos Laju services. For courier rate, please visit

Kindly call us for special arrangement. We will be happy to deliver your purchase to you.

5. Is there a minimum order?
No, there is no minimum order required.

Please check the products at delivery to you. Please let us know if you are dissatisfied with the product due to damage, etc. within three working days upon delivery. Please note that we are unable to accept claim for product damage due to customer mishandling.
Kindly retain the original Invoice and original product (original box not tampered, still intact) for exchange. We will exchange the product for you.
8. What if the product has mold, fungi or worm?
We always ensure our products are in good conditions upon delivery. Nonetheless, we will exchange the product if mold, fungi or worm is found in the original product (original box not tampered, still intact).
