Our Kek Buah Kukus or Steamed Fruit Cake uses high grade butter (Golden Churn/Tong Emas) and California Sultanas. Steamed at high temperature over four hours using consistent hot temperature water.
Taste is moderate sweet, buttery moist, with plump California Sultanas.
